	Seth Cohen, President Seth Cohen founded National Mortgage Access Center, LLC with the goal of creating a company that cares about the individual needs of its customers. This desire grew out of a five year career in the mortgage industry during which Cohen worked with brokers and lenders who sacrificed their clients’ welfare for their own financial gain. Over the course of his career, Seth has originated over $75,000,000 in mortgage loans, and has overseen approximately 2,000 loan closings. Seth was recently named to Cambridge Who’s Who for Executives for his work in the mortgage industry. Prior to his career as a mortgage originator, Seth worked at KPMG, LLC performing private consulting services for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and The Department of Housing. 	Michael Badessa, Northeast Operations Manager Michael Badessa’s top priority at National Mortgage Access Center, LLC is to exceed his clients’ expectations by offering a superior level of service. As a founding member of National Mortgage Access Center, LLC, Michael formed a strategic partnership between National Mortgage Access Center, LLC and Exit Realty of Cherry Hill with the goal of creating a full-service mortgage financing program for potential home buyers. Michael started his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 after participating in a co-op mortgage program while attending Drexel University. 	Jason Sherman, Director of Residential Lending Entering into his fifth year in the mortgage industry, Jason Sherman attributes his success to the personalized attention he shows his clients. Available to his clients 7 days a week, Jason ensures they will receive dedicated quality service at their convenience. Passionate about community education, Jason will be conducting seminars for first-time homebuyers throughout the year. Jason studied marketing and business management at Drexel University. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Jason specialized in business to business sales and marketing for both Fortune 500 companies and small regional companies in the Delaware Valley.
